SPIRIT ANIMALS have evolved throughout time, in the modern sense, we take them to mean someone or something that is a representation of who you want to be. These are the spirit animals that embody the parts of our soul that we want to emanate.
Luke– His dirty back and wonky tooth, this boy is our go to spirit animal. We were meant to cross paths with this sweet soul.
Uma Thurman in Pulp fiction– As she cradles a cherry between her lips from the best five dollar shake ever, she says, “Uncomfortable silences. Why do we feel it’s necessary to yak about bullshit in order to be comfortable? That’s when you know you found somebody really special, when you can just shut the fuck up for a minute, and comfortably share silence.”
Willow Smith– At just fourteen Willow bravely joins the free the nipple campaign in her own way, by posting a picture of her in this top that we just love. She tweets, “When did the women’s body start being something to hide? #freethenipple.”
Stacy Peralta’s bleach blonde hair– When Jay tells Stacy he didn’t make the cut, Stacy put his head down and looked up with his big blue eyes and shoved his salty bleached hair behind his ear. Yup that killed me.
Twiggy– Her glorious modeling career and witty talent, this girl will always be an idol in our eyes. Don’t forget her batty lashes and smoked out doe eyes, accompanied by an androgynous haircut.
Wonder woman– The grainy film and terrible effects are what makes this video snip of wonder woman shredding along the blacktop so awesome.
Kurt Cobain gets married in green pajamas– You have to be comfortable with the ones you love, and he sure was: we love him for that.
Cara’s W interview- Being in the nude should bring the feelings of freedom and liberation, nothing else!
Rihanna- Her iridescent crystals from the top of her head to her ankles illuminate as she dances in her carnival 2013 outfit!
Jay Alvarez’s video– The blue waters, brilliant smiles, lush mountains, skin touching, and the glowing energy are bound to have you in tears by the end.
